New Blogger!
Hi everyone! I have changed blogs I enjoy doing blogging I think its fun. But I wanted to share with all of you an email for mail! It is called: beautyinapot@gmail.com You can email me anything! DIY: Hairspray!
Hi everyone! Today's post is going to be a DIY. Yay! I Know other people have created Hairspray but I was making one Then I though... Hey! Why don't I do a blog post on it. So I have. This isn't Sticky and it wont attract bugs. Also it doesn't smell. Enjoy!
What You Will Need:
An empty spray bottle. (I have used one of my old Hairspray bottles.)
2-4 teaspoons of sugar.
1/2 water.
A pan.
If you want it to last longer then add:
1 table spoon on vodka or isopropyl alcohol to it.
Lets Begin:
I get my Pan and I add 1/2 Cup of water in to it. I then let it sit until it starts to bubble. Then I add my sugar but the amount is depending on How Holding you want your Hairspray to be. I use 5-6 Table spoons because my bottle is bigger and I want my hair to hold. You need a minim of 2 Teaspoons. I then pour the Sugar in. I stir it until it is completely dissolved. I then fill up my bottle all the way to the top. Then I let it cool in the Fridge for about 20 minutes. Before I take it out. But because this hairspray doesn't have any chemicals in it you have to spray it on in layers. So spray some on, Let it dry then do another layer! You can spray as much as you want because the more you spray the more it will hold. Also this comes out easy when your washing your Hair. Yay its chemical free! If you want you can add 1 table spoon on vodka or isopropyl alcohol as this will last longer. But don't put more than 1 table spoon in as this will dry your hair out. If you add vodka or isopropyl alcohol then leave it in the fridge for 20 more minutes.
